The question has been asked whether I still want your downtime endeavours submitted by the 15th.

The short answer is "yes".

The slightly longer answer is that it's ALWAYS better for me to get your submissions earlier rather than later. Also, I must apologise for the lateness of your responses to downtime in September. I will endeavour (ha ha) to do better in the future.
