If you can't attend a game, I'd like to ask that you contact your respective 'authorities' or 'leader(s)' know what you're up to IC. This allows your respecitve 'authorities' or 'leader(s)' to have an IC reason handy for why you're not around.

I'd also like it, as I've mentioned before, if you can let *me* know that you can't attend, and if you'd like me to pass along a specific message to (or with-hold one from) the White King/Black King/Prelate, I'm more than happy to.
