Books in the Brig - TONIGHT

Post by Malicia on Fri 6 Nov 2009 - 10:36

It occurs to me, now, that a bunch of people who like to dress up and pretend to be fallen angels might find some enjoyment in dressing up and talking like pirates. Wink

I probably should have posted this weeks ago, but there's a Sask-Book-Awards reading tonight at the West Harvest Inn (next to Book & Brier). It's pirate themed, so the readers (5 readers, 10-15 minutes each) will probably be in pirate gear, and there's a limitted supply of eyepatches available for $1 each at the door. After the readings, everyone can get drunk, eat shrimp (and other pirate-y foods) and go "Arrrrrrrr" at each other.
