Once your character sheet has been received, and you have created a profile for your character on the Forums, you will be granted access to the area(s) corresponding to your character's conviction.

The White Court and Black Court IC and OOC areas are strictly for the actual Court (those holding positions within the Court), and the Divine and Infernal areas IC and OOC are for everyone from each Conviction, respectively. The Deistical has just one IC area and one OOC.

The IC Discussion area is for public announcements, information you wish to disseminate in-character to multiple people.

The OOC Discussion area is for public announcements that may be public knowledge (as in the public knowledge area you've been asked to put informaiton about your character in) or just out-of-character / out-of-game discussion (prop/costume design, makeup tips, roleplaying advice, questions about the game, etc.).
